Can anyone please help with ambit 200 ?????

Hi all, Dont know if someone may be able to help here ??

The problem is that the far right light which i think is the ready light is flashing and not staying on permanantly after a while like it usually would.

In hyperterminal it scrolls though all the stuff as before but now at the end when it usually connects it now says :-
default initial upstream power - 11.0 dBmV
adjusting the initial ranging power to 33.0 dBmV
no ranging response received - T3 Time out
adjusting the initial ranging power to 46.0 dBmV
no ranging response received - T3 Time out
adjusting the initial ranging power to 21.0 dBmV
no ranging response received - T3 Time out

This goes on for a while until it says :
UCD change detected status = 0
UCD change detected status = 0
the box then resarts at the begining and does the same all over again.
I have tried using a second cloned ambit and this does exactly the same.
As a complete noob i am OK at changing the MAC but dont understand the above and cant seem to find any further info on this.

I have searched the web and it looks like that this problem is due to an upstream issue but I dont know how to fix this or check this. There is no info on 192.168.100.1 ?? I dont know if it could be due to the bad weather ??
