Default Newbie question

Hi guys, this is a pretty straight forward and probably silly question but I cant work it out, my friend showed me how to do it last night but I forgot.

Ok - with the remote I'd like to get the 'full' list of channels not just the 'favourites' how do I do this with the remote? My friend mentioned something about the ASG key on the remote?

Thanks for replying and sorry for sounding a total numpty

Make sure you're in TV mode first (press TV button, top of remote), then press EPG twice. Then p+ / - to scroll the list. HTH.

Just pressing the ok button will bring up the info on all channels for what is actually on at that present moment in time,it shows 15 channels at the same time and you scroll the rest using your p+ and p- buttons.
