whilst on the channel click the info button twice and what signal and quality does it show
also note the frequency, you could rescan that frequency (probably 395000)
there are a couple of channel data files for T/side in the cdf files for eurovox thread

Hi mate, the confusing thing is that my signal and quality are both about 84% same as all channels, the frequency was on 395.000, altered it up and down slighty, it got better for a while now it as completely gone.....

Should i try a factory reset without the splitter, would that do anything?????

its a place to start as everything is a process of elimination
as you have suggested try connecting directly to the cable feed and do a factory default reset and see what you get.
if your signal booster is off try it on and vice versa..... Menu/Configuration/TV settings
what software version is on your box

Hi mate, got it back, disconnected the splitter, erased all channels and did a fast install, now working fine, thanks for the help.....
