Ive had the same problem use nagra4.1 as reddeisel said.

put the card into a stb reboot into eng menu see what it says about the card even if its not paired will still give the rom revision

cards definate paired. was working till recently. my mates been getting it done off someone for a while and i reckon the messed it up...

Erm put the card in stb go into eng menu if their no rom revision displayed and mute err card fookered
