my wife's mobile, a samsung P260, is having problems with bluetooth activation. She has had the phone for 2 months now and had no problems previously. The phone is on tesco payg. Last night, i tried to transfer some photos from my phone - a D900i, to my wifes phone. I tried to turn on the bluetooth activation, and the phone rebooted itself. The only paired device listed, was my phone, but each time i tried to activate bluetooth, the same happened - reboot. I've tried the different ways of activation, ie. send a file via bluetooth, find other devices, but again resulting with the phone rebooting itself. I read somewhere that because the phone is wi-fi enabled, that this could cause problems with bluetooth activation, so i switched off the wi-fi and tried activation. Still the same result - reboot.
In the end, i copied the photos onto my memory card and then inserted the card into my wifes phone, but this doesn't solve the problem of being able to activate bluetooth. Any advice is much appreciated |

your phone has a hardware fault.... the bt (blue tooth adress) needs to be rewriting... ns pro will fix this if you know anyone who has one or take it to a mobile repair shop and they should be able to correct the fault
