In need of help with tsop and willem

hi all

can someone please help me sort this.

with the willem (pcb 4.5, without tsop adaptor) with plcc and lpc sockets
, what are the dip and jumper settings so i can read the Intel 28f160ceb or any other.

( ive also another willem pcb , version i dont know,and still cannot read)

i cannot get an id, hex is show but no manufactuer, when reading, nothing is read, buffer empty.

Ive the tsop48 adaptor,16bit, which shows jumper settings for the 28fXXXX family .

seems a lifetime sorting this out, please can someone shed some light.
