Hello.
Is there such a thing?? I know there's sites that do 'ip to isp' lookups but haven't come across one that does mac to ip/isp.

No this is not possible because macs are not like ip addresses

Their can be more than one modem in the uk with the same Mac
as long as the other macs are not on the same subnet
Not to mention Europe and usa
could be over 1000 modems with the same mac address in the world at one time
