I get "Mute Err" in eng menu whether I have a card in or not. Can somebody recommend a fix for this please?

Check the card reader in the box, there is a small metal bit that acts as a switch at the back, as you push card in it should press on the contact, you can buy a new reader for less than £2 with postage, they are not to hard to replace.

The switch appears to be pushed right in. Where can I get the card reader mate?

Ok, is there a way I could fix this one? I mean could I pull the switch back out - do you have a pic of how it's supposed to go?

It looks to me that it breaks contact when card is in, when card is out it springs back to contact, so if you bend it apart a bit it should fix it.
