anyone who has perchased a surfboard 5101e which has the adapter with green light on it please be aware that the adapters have been deemed dangerous and you should have had email from seller tvgadgetz that the power adapters need to be returned with note with name and address so they can be replaced

the modems are ok its the power adapters the seller has been providing
have been proved to be highly dangerous and any1 who has 1 or more needs to return the power adapter with name and address so they can be replaced

hi yes i can conform that ive had a second email from the seller tvgadgetz today even ..id have to ask permissionf rom mods if i can copy and paste email

as i live local to them ill visit them tomorrow and find out what is going on
the person i spoke to checked the post while i was on the phone and said he knew nothing about it and that they didnt have any replacement power supplies so if you could post the email or forward it to me PM sent i will look into it.
I did ask the person i spoke to to post a reply on the forum but they havent up to now.

I have been in contact with them and can comfirm that the recall is a precaution and they advise anyone who may have concerns about this that they are welcome to contact them.It will be a week to 10days befor replacements are availlable.They have not had any reported problems concerning the power supplys.
