They are more or less identical, except the 2200 has metal gears and the others have nylon gears

I run both the Moteck and Dark Motor, and still find the Moteck the better one even after 5 years of continued service, the Dark Motor is noisey compared to the Moteck

not too sure on the moteck myself as i have one which only lasted a year but my dish is exposed so maybe was the wrong choice for me but worked well when it did

Both my 2100a and my 2200 have been going for over 18 months with no problems at all. The 2200 is considerably louder than the 2100a but its still a good motor
