Channels lost, after after auto scan.

Hello, I recently carried out an auto scan on my Euro Vox Max 3, in order to update my 200 odd channels. Following this scan I have been left with only 11 channels, some of which I did not have before the auto scan.

I have tried inputting the new Telewest keys and have done a power scan but both have failed to restore my 200 odd channels.

Any advice appreciated.

1) When was ur box last flashed?
2) Do u know how to flash a box?
3) Do u know how to load a CDF?

You need to flash ur box with the latest software from 18/04/2008

Then do a powerscan or use a set CDF which u should find on this channel.

But first.. Try doing another powerscan - how many Transponders does it find?!

Hi give this a try menu go to config clear all data it will warn about losing all saved channel's press ok then do a full power scan see if that sort's your lost channel's out if not repost. Good luck.

mmm i tryed this iv lost sp 12and 3 but got extra? and i had 40 tp and only got 39? plus iv got the 18/10 loaded

Get a CDF from the STICKY and upload that.. would make life so much easier.. the hard way - SCAN again!
