is the rs233 alright for ambit.it is mentioned in the tuts.i think i know i will have to get hold of a cd/dvdrom audio cable but,i dont know which pins on the rs233 are tx/rx power -and +.

this is the one i ordered:

but,the one i recieved had a white connection with a white lead and it is 6 pins.

if it wont they should change the tutorial has it is misleading,i bought this as the one advertised at jabs had 4 pins i could see so i thought it would be easier for connecting,it came and had different connection type.it was 6pin and white,like a power lead type.

a tutorial even says that pin 3456 are the tx/rx/pwr-/pwr+ is that the right config?i just dont know if thats from left to right or right t9o left and i dont have the 4 pin audio lead for a cd/dvdrom,so i got to search one out or buy it.

tbh i dont no m8..on my tut it says max232 you need some 1 that has the same or some 1 that nos
