Roco you will need a mac no doubt about it, but you can force a config with any mac usually. Dependant on your area that is. Just have a mess around with it. But yeah cmbus-pkg3-nat-any.cm that config is the best, ive been getting around 19786KB down and 970KB up.

just talking to the mate , they left dhcp force running & it has picked up a few hundred macs with config file names..... When i swap these macs with someone & get some from someone else,do i have to try all the macs untill i get a working one or is there away of telling if they work or not?

Only got 8 belfast macs with config files, that should be enough to trade or do i need loads?

Just so you all know on the EXCW & EXNTL networks the mac can come back as unreg or noserv and you will still be able to scan so long as the feed is connected. If the IP starts, with 192 or 169, you wont be able to scan, but anything else should scan fine.

yeh it works on mine and gives good results,coz u tick force config box,if u have surfboard it will say what ur config name is in internet 192 page,but ambit 250/255 i dont know
