hello have a pace 4010 the card was paired but is now blocked would it be better to open this card or just use a funcard 4 any advice would be appreciated

i think you need to unloop the card mate as this is what is needed on all origional cable cards.

You can use a j tag on this box if you havnt got an unlooper, then use a funcard, j tag and fun is cheaper option and easier.
