hello guys, learnt alot in this site so much info and huge amount of interesting topics, i am stuck with my sa4000, i have elvis, taken the bk and ird from u50, now I am stuck with u48, i have difficulty in netid dumping to u48, have the tut for sa4000 gone to the cablezone non existing site, the question is, where can I find right dump for u48? THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!

Hi , I Have A Hex Dump For U48..I Think Its On Pin 1234 And Network ID Of 40985..If You Need Just Let Me Know.

thanks tdub, but I think its been hit by "you know who", the upper light becomes red and the middle is off the lower is green and i cat get into eng. menu. Done the tb disconnection, but is it still possible for them to hit it? any other way to unbrick this box?

got the same problem on the same box m8.Still struggling with mine too.done the funcard thing with net id2.1.7,powers up,channel box on screen but screen is black,then after about 3mins it goes to update screen and the display switches between nit and er11.Not giving up though and if i sort it i'll come back and let you know....hope you'll do likewise. er11 is a smartcard error to do with tuning to home network. thats about all i know so far.

to access em hold power on button in on power up until top led goes red then let go and immediately press up and down buttons in together and hold until "diag" appears in display.....you should now be able to access em.

well did you manage to sort your box's then???
Trying to do mine at the mo
lifted the U50, got bk and ird, lifted U48 and am in the process of changing the net ID

mine was red light came, cant reboot, took u50 off again, erase it, put it back, it was sweet after

, but its slow, box not recomended.

you can do the net id2.1.7 with this, that means pin will be included.

If you can't find a dump and have a funcard you can use the NetID setter method after blanking the U48.

These boxes are slow when talkback is cut.
