Default just got sammy 2100c with ntl card what next?

Hi Guys and gals, a mate just dropped round his old chipped box with ntl card still in it (it got nagravision written on the back), he says i did work up until about 10 months ago (all channels) just went off. I have brought an infinity usb unlimited but it wont read the card. I have tried nagra edit it just keeps saying com port 1 failed. Any ideas i got the nagra ird from the engineers memu starts in 10, but with out reading the card cannot get the box key, i am hoping it just a date problem on the card, but i need to read the card. PLEASE HELP!!

What next? Well you could start by learning to post in the CABLE subsection not the SATELLITE sub section.

The cable section is massive and chock full of friendly faces just waiting to help you out. The sat section is full of folk who havent the faintest idea what you are wittering on about!

Moved to one of the cable sub sections.

make sure you have got your com ports set right, ie so the computer talks to the reader ,have a look in hardware on control panel > system>hardware>device manager>ports(com&lpt) and see what port you computer is using
