I know this has been rumoured to switch, but is this definetly still available on diablo, with cas3+? as in right now?

Yes, and on most patched receivers and Cams.
Ensure you have all the sport channels scanned in or it will not work properly.

Just moticed you have an Echostar receiver, on my old 3600 all the sport channels scan in as unnamed and I access them as normal channels.

ok thanks, so does that mean that my reciever is patched then and all i need is the CAM with correct updates? (as well as all the sport channels as you said)

A patch is unofficial software that is available for some receivers and opens channels without the need of a Cam.
I don't know if your receiver is patchable or patched but a Diablo Cam loaded with the latest underworld file will open all of the Premiere channels.
