Hi sorry for making yu wait. I've tried to figure it all out, but can't really so I've just exported all of the media center section.

I've changed my postcode to "strLocation"="XX99 9XX" in the file, so search for that.

I notice that there's a Recorder0, Recorder1 and Recorder2 one for each tuner, but I couldn't see how they were linked to a physical device.

Seems that the TV Pack doesa good job of merging the channels together where it can, there were a load of channel that it couldn't match, it must use the name like MCE so Film4 and FilmFour don't get merged, but all you do is go to the unmatched channels (>999) do edit listings, select the downloaded guide channel, then it'll ask if you want to combine the channels and it adds the sources from the >999 channel to the downloaded channel (this took longer to type than do!).

So, it must pick up the channels of the downloaded guide for the analogue card (Channel 444 for Film4) and it gets the channels off the DVB-T card, it tries to combine them based on name, but where it can't it adds them on the end (say, 1030 for FilmFour). When you go to Edit Listings for 1030 FilmFour and select 444 Film4 as the source, it asks to combine and it adds the tuner sources from 1030 into 444, and removes 1030.

Much better.

I can't remember why, now, but when I was doing it last night I thought I would've been better off combining the channels first, then removing the analogue sources.
I've gone through this again - done a full setup. I've seen the Autoscan option under Edit Channels - if you run this it disables channels that have no signal, AND t disables sources that have not signal for a particular channel.

So, if you do put an analogue card in to get the downloaded guide, run autoscan, it still takes ages, but it's easier than doing it manually.
