Rangers V Kilmarnock match on right now.
The label is: Racing World,and has an encryption flag.
This has been showing Setanta on and off for the past few days.

Does the channel on come on at set times?

I tried looking at it earlier, and a few times before, and all I get is the 'No Video and Audio' notice.

I read earlier that they were showing some Euro football highlights, but I could not view it..

No idea.
However,when it is not showing Setanta,it does have bars and tone with a scrolling Setanta PPV2,which you should see.

Nope, not here on my Passion HD.

Just constantly 'No Video and Audio' comes up.

I've added the channel manually, and from automatic search.

According to reports elsewhere,its showing content(feeds),from various channels e.g Fox Sports,ESPN
Most of it seems to be on early in the morning(10-11am),mid afternoon(3.00PM) or evening(7.00PM).

The Fox Sports and ESPN stuff will be from NASN, which is also part of the Setanta package. I have Setanta through Freeview, I get NASN from midnight, which shows sports from ESPN and Fox Sports.

I still don't understand why i can't pick this up on my Passion HD.

Have you tried deleting the entire transponder and scanning again?

Yeah tried it.

On the Passion the transponder for this was 11585 H and this was picking up the channels just fine. But it still never worked.

Changed to 11584 H, finds the channels once again. And still nothing on that channel.

One thing to note actually, the Racing World channel does not appear on an automatic search. When using both them transponders i could get all Setanta channels (Liverpool TV, Arsenal TV, etc) but not Racing World. It has to be manually added...
