I was trying to install the Haxorware onto a 255 but think I made a balls up by flashing the 10rc4 onto the flash instead of the 10rc3 full flash. Seems it's now bricked and I cant do anything-tried softjtag (all 3 versions) and locks out. Is there a way to reflash these other than a chip lift?

And can anyone confirm that I flash the Haxorware 10rc3_Ambit250_fullflash.bin via tftpd on sector 0 before I try another and how I get the 10cr4 onto it afterwards?

I tried the same firmware but it gave me an error in hyperterminal, so I just used haxorware10rc3.bin which is just under a meg and it worked great.

Is 10rc4 a new firmware version?

Not sure but there is 10cr4 which is a 1,010kb file which is what I flashed to sector 0 on mine-I presumed this was the latest but looks like I should have installed the 10cr3 1st? Found info on here:

That's the one I used but when I got to image to save to I put it as "0"-did you put as "1"?
