I'm trying to read a mosc card in nagra & get this error...any ideas what it means? thanks

EEPROM Revision: RevB0D

Attempting to login to BD3
Reading ROM11 failed
Closing of COM1 was successful

you need to unlock card using an unlooper before it can be read in nagra

How & Why does a card get locked? whats an unlooper?

try a file called B09_A3E.d2c using negraedit u may be able to open it, its in the Downloads section

cant find this file - any change you could PM me? Is there any other way i can get a bk & ird from this box?

what box is it if you use dc2 file it will wipe your bk ird so be carefull ulooper is a gadget that nlocks the rom10/11 cards so you can read an write to them in nagra

It's a scientific atlanta 4000dvb - i dont have an unlooper. Is there any chance of sorting this without an unlooper? Also if i need an unlooper which is the best one to get and where coul i get one from - i would like to see a picture of one

you can get an unlooper from tmc.chartman fleetcomputersystems.they around £17.00 good bit of equitment unloops in mins and you are gonna need one handy piece of equitment to have try reading it with xcns or rom studio see what you get
