Hi People, I'm setting up a DiSEq motor for the first time and i haven't got a clear due south for the mount
!! I've already got Astra 2 set up but i'm trying for Hotbird, Eutelsat W2 mainly and anything else i can pick up.Any input would be greatly received. Cheers |

No, you don't. If you have no clear view of due south, the motor can still be set up.
Just send the dish to what ever satellite you can get that is closest to your due south and align on that instead. Use USALS if you can, to get the position right on the motor.
