Exclamation Lost channel - Sony entertainment tv (Indian channel)

Hi all
encountered some channels (itv2, zee tv, setanta golf, sony entainment etc..) with message on screen saying "no signal" one of them the indian channel sony entainment tv. I did a fast install and a power scan and all channels have come back except the sony channel.

However Sony in not even listed now in the channel listing, I cannot find it anywhere and have powerscanned hoping it would come back, but no luck!

This afternoon I had the channel saying "no signal" now i do not have the channel at all!
I have searched and some people mention to do info twice and note down freq number and search on that but thats not an option as not in channel listing.

Please can you help me, my parents love this channel and the most one they watchm typical it has to be this channel and not any other.
Im in telepest area, lancs

The box i have is Eurovox Max V-box (2008) its on firmware Kuro v3 10/4/2008. It has been on this firmware for a couple of months now and all has been working fine and all channels have been there including Sony Entertainment Television Asia.

Have a look at the CDF sticky at the top of this section to see if there is one for your area.

If so, download and extract it to your PC, launch the EV firmware on your PC, under Channel Data browse for the cdf, click EDIT and search for the channel. Once you have found it you will be able to make a not of the frequency then.
