could sombody help please,what part of this is my ubr

cpc2-ward 1-0-0 cust*** manc.cable is it cpc2 or ward1?

that dont look right.

there is a link to a place to find your ubr in haynes guide.

this is mine:

i would say ward1

It's CPC2-Ward1, you can use a MAC from CPC1-ward1 or CPC2-Ward3 etc.

my bad i thougt a ubr had to have ubr in,suppose its just coincidence that my ubr has that in it.

we learn something new everyday.

am sure u cann use the first1 but as lincsat said u can the use the2nd too

type in 'virgin tools' into google and the first page gives it, should be something like
82-xx-xx-xx.cable.ubr01.brad.blueyonder.co.uk
ubr01 is the ubr here, thats for a tw area, ntl may be different
