Default no-bad signal

Hi i am having a problem with some of my channels{paramount 2,lfctv etc}
its only a few of them but i am getting the message'no-bad signal' can anybody help me? all my other channels are fine and have been up until now on the channels that have this error message the signal strengh is 8%,I have tried a re-scan but still getting he same problem

Help Please!!!!

stiil open! My box still says 8% on most of my channels i just cant seem to get it to work!

Wierd just re scanned me box an its all fine,now picking up the once missing channels on different frequency.
