Itunes library between 2 PC’s?

Hi,


I have all of my music in an itunes library stored on an external hard drive.
Having recently started playing music at a venue and I took along my hard drive and loaded the entire itunes library from my external onto the venues itunes library and all works well.
My question is this.
When I add music to my library on my external at home, will the new music then be recognised when I return to the venue and try to find it?
Hope this makes sense?
