Default V+ pin reset

Anyone have any idea how I reset the pin on a V+ box its the one with the hard drive, been trying the fun card methoud but no joy thanks

you need to blank the chip first or replace it

hi ronster hope you ok i just read that to change netid on 2110 you have to blank the chip or swap it with one from maplins is this true mate

not anymore , you just hold in standby>left>right>OK when powering up & that resets everything,then use netid fun card or if you in pure it will set itself.

may be you dont even need to reset it,may be you can just go straight in using a net-id-funcard,anyone?

ive used the netid but its not worked thats why i thought u had to blank the chip

yea i was stuck on the blanking chip thingy,i thought there was no chance of me doing that untill some kind sole informed i didnt need to anymore,what a relife that was,lol

im in pure mate so it just sets itself on the 2110 , i just needed the box reset so i could change pin

takka have you tried net id 1.5 i have problems with later flashes but 1.5 always works
although ive not tried it on a 2110

i think i tried them all tried one where you have to write in notepad but got lost along the way could,nt get that to work
