Been a long time . .

I used to love my satellite TV.

When Sportitalia was free, so I could watch South American football and I had ART and Al Jazeera sports for the English, Italian and Spanish games I was addicted to it and keen to learn all about different systems. When ART lost the rights to English football I just never bothered using it anymore.

Now I'm cancelling Virgin Media and I need an alternative. I'm getting a Eurovox this week hopefully, but wondered if my Technomate would still be useful for other things. My dish is 1.2m I think. Was on Hotbird but has been knocked off since by strong wind. I also have a 2.2m dish and a mast that I never got round to setting up.

I'll be putting everything together, as well as getting a new ISP in the next few weeks so I will probably be on here looking for a lot of advice.
