i notice there is a new data.bin file on the link, is this the same as the underworld files? with the codes etc?

The Data bin file just contains updated keys for DigitAlb and Canal Digital, the two conax providers.
To update your underworld 132 file just download the data bin file and place it on your computer desktop.
Insert your Cam into your Cas programmer and start up the Diablo software.
Click on the Cam File System tab and Connect.
Locate the new data bin file, in the bottom left hand pane, highlight it and click the green arrow pointing right, click yes to overwrite the old file, exit the software and return your cam to the receiver.
You can find the new data bin file in the Satellites folder, Diablo sub folder.
