1st time & fried my card!! Unlooper Help

i would also like this pot thing for powersync explaning. i ditto the 1st post......

as i just typed that, the card i was doing has popped. i just dont understand this pot thing. im unlocking rom11 rev boc's all weekend this weekend.

whats are the +- and purple *'s mean? loli dunno what im doing with this pot.....

i know i have to set it to 19-1a when doing a rom10 but whats the deal with rom11's? sidewinder just seems to want to go its own way and on these cards, the vdc is very low, like under 1 sometimes.

Glad you got sorted mate. I think my unlooper is buggered as Sidewinder closes down immediately briefly showing a message saying either Serial 1 is in use (it isn't) or loader must be started and I'd like to know how to flash it. I've done nothing I didn't do before when at least it did start.

Anyone know how to re-flash the TMC unlooper please?

has your mate any other boxes,if so do you think may be his has got the cards mixed up,may be kids switched them or something.

No. He only has the one box which he used until going to Sky a few months ago. Weird but the least of my probs at the mo! I have no TV myself as I've fried my V+ MOSC!! Arghhhh

How do you even set it to 19-1a? I have no idea!!

you turn the pot, that screw thingy, (it's actually a potentiometer, hehe, get me!)

when doing a rom10 you turn the pot up and down till you get it at 19-1A. but like i said, these revboc's im doing seem to make this vdc go really low. like under 1. but still its popping them.... i've got a long way to go till ive got them all done so i kinda want to perfect it. lol.
