Default Warner Brothers TV?

Can anyone solve the mystery of Warner Brothers TV? This channel pops up for me once in a blue moon when flicking through channels, once it came up on Tvch1 and another time channel 340. I have no idea what the channel is or find any TV listings for it but is pops up now and again.

Is it a Pay Tv channel or something? Hence only if somebody pays for it in my area, it will appear?

Anyone else actually got the channel all the time?

Its a Virgin On Demand channel. So when it pops up its someone whos watching it down the street on a Legit box. So if they pause, rewind etc it does on ur screen. U cant control the content on these channels though unfortunatly.
