Some viruses turn off system restore as soon as they load, what Operating System are you running?
What anti spyware and anti virus software are you running and what did they tell you the problem was?
You can run some free online scans to check your PC:
tinyurl.com/bitdefender
tinyurl.com/housecall
tinyurl.com/symantec1
tinyurl.com/kaspersky1
these wont fix your problem but will at least inform you what the problem is.

If they keep returning then they haven't been fully removed.
If you type in your trojans into google:
Trojan Virtumonde
Trojan agent
trojan ANA agent
in separate searches, you will quickly find full removal instructions.
Getting rid oif these Trojans can be tricky so if you do not feel confident in fully removing them manually then I would back up your data and do a new install of XP.

Thanks

Actually, i've just discovered a repair utility within superantispyware, i'll try it now..

Forget system restore.
It's not reliable, especially when you need it!
Best disable it and regain h/d space.
Google "erunt". Download, read and install it. Much better.
