Hi guys,im always getting a little confused about these boxes.
A guy on fleebay was selling one of these boxes,i asked if it had a card with it
& they replied "You dont use cards with the V+ box".

I no peps are using cards with these boxes as iv seen it discussed on here so thats why i wanted to know if only some of these boxes need cards(The older ones maybe)?

If it was a 2110c or a V+ HD box, then you need the card with it as it should be paired. You use this paired card to get the BK & IRD. Without these, the box is useless

Thats what i was thinking but maybe you still could(If you bought that is),its not like virgin media would be getting involved in the dispute & i doubt fleebay would be informing them of it

suppose you only need the card for illigal reasons,there for you dont really need a card for freeview. so in away they where teling the truth.

lol,confusing myself now. ill leave it at that
