Default starview 3 super

hi,

just got a starview 3 super box, downloaded software no problem. But when I run a scan for channels it doesn't find anything, when plug cable box back in it works ok.
I am in a virgin ( old ntl) area

don't take this the wrong way but you are putting the cable feed into the correct point
are you certain your ex n*hell you could try a different provider just in case
