newbie with cas3 device need novice guide

You can update the firmware in a Matrix Cam using your Cas 3 just click on the Cam Module tab, the Magic Cams icon and the relevant Matrix Cam icon.

i got the cam updated and added new keys but nothing changes like the box dont even know its there ???

What channels are you trying to open and what satellites can you receive?

channels anything i can a few movies and a few free x channels updated keys for nagravision and via access on the cam as well i just want more channels even more free to air would be a start i dont want to go out and start buying stuff when i cant even get 1 extra channel with what i got lol u know

the ci interface on the cas 3 will not let me use the dummy card when the cam is in the receiver either

what software do i need to use to get the dummy card from the cas3 with the cam in the receiver not the cas device to work ???

I'm sorry nomic but I can't understand your post.
Can you please supply some details of your set up, mainly what size satellite dish do you have and what satellites can you receive?
Do you have a motorized or fixed dish?

The Dummy card, supplied with the Cas 3, is for programming Dragon/T-Rex Cams, and of no other use, as far as I'm aware, so what are you trying to use it for?

dish i dont know the size its not 1 of those little black mindishes its a little bigger than that a friend gave me it it has a single lnb dont know the make its already up on the wall about 25ft

i dont know what satalites i can see i dont know how to check without a meter but i get a load of free channels at the moment a couple of movie chanels like zonehorror, true movies, movies for men etc a couple of kids cartoon chanels like popkids loads of documentry type chanels but not the actual documentry chanels loads of asain chanels

what can i do with what i got ????

Those channels are on Eurobird 1 and Astra 2 roughly co-located at 28.2E.
The Matrix Cam will not get you anything extra from those satellites, as will no other cam, all you can get is what you subscribe to, nothing else.

ok so i need to move my dish and possibly get a bit bigger dish or would moving the dish i have give me access to other satellites

if so whats the best direction was told there is lots of albanian channels u can get in english with subs

i wouldnt mind picking up dish network from america miss my american chanels lol
