dbox 1 sagem need services.xml!!

hi. i have a dbox 1 sageam, runing neutrino. i have falshed the box with v++ v3.2 image, image type snapshot. it boots up with channels showing but no picture( showing error channel not available).

i have been into uk scanning options and chossen the area i am in , preston lancs tw and ran a scan.

This has now taken away all channel and and error appears saying no channel found !!!!!!

i have been told i need a services.xml file is this correct

please help.

Yes you need a working services for your area if box is not scanning.

Hi

The other thing is I dont think the image you have flashed is AU image I think its only fta.

Flash it with blade quad 1x, it AU and is good for problem boxes. If you can the scan then get your services saved for future use should you need it in another image you might try.
