Flashing 'P' option advice please

Hello guys , trying to flash a 250 modem

When running hyperterminal i get the following after i press p (Cap locks off) but wont pass this.
Under "Local conection properties" > "Internet protocol v4" i changed ip ect.

Hi it looks fine to me, here is where u put the 192.168.100.1
"Board IP Address [0.0.0.0]: 192.168.100.1"

and follow the rest of the instruction.

this is somethin to do with ur ethernet connection. make sure ur ethernet connection is good.

before u click the D option make sure it says successful.

tried differt ethernet connection but no joy

Init EMAC, DMA, and MII PHY...
Autonegotiation started, waiting for completion...Autonegotiation successful...
MAC setup for FullDuplex

Main Menu:
==========
d) Download and save to flash
g) Download and run from RAM
c) Store icePROM bootloader to flash
b) Boot from flash
e) Erase flash sector
m) Set mode
s) Store bootloader parameters to flash
i) Re-init ethernet
r) Read memory
w) Write memory
(SHOULD IT SAY SUCCESSFULL HERE?)

i know what the problem is , however i need to find out how to fix it

Make Sure That When You Insert The Settings Below You Can See The File Name 250hack_dump_telnet.bin In The TFTP Window
Overwise You Will Get A TFTP Time Out Error


i cant see this in the tftp window

if u get this before the D option (Autonegotiation successful...
MAC setup for FullDuplex) then u shouldnt get the time out.

just follow the instruction after this.

ps try resatrting ur pc sometimes it helps. get online in msn its quicker and easier.

use 250 configurator to do the second part.
