has anybody order and recieved anything from Tailor Made Circuits this week.

i made an order last thursday but i havent recieved an e-mail to say it has been dispatched. ive also sent a couple of e-mails but no reply.

is there a contact phone number?

Been ringing him, left messages for him to ring back, but he doesn't/hasn't. Got the T911, just needed support plus he promised a freebie which didn't come. Must be a busy lad, or on holiday ?

yep great service, i order a kryptview from him and it arrived in no time.

ordered a t911 and jtag but ive heard nothing since, i got an e-mail saying my order was processed. maybe there out of stock.

ill hang on a little longer.

I'm using Lincsat from now on, firstly he is visible on here, and secomdly, his goods arrive much sooner

Hi

It sure is but like I say Ive never used him but on occasions have heard a few complaints, I think the best people for delivery times are Lincsat, Mikedata and Chartman although Ive only got experience of using Chartman.

Not trying to rub it in but Ive had 2 deliveries from Germany since last Thur. Ordered an item Thurs evening arrived Mon. Ordered summat else Mon afternoon arrived this morning lol.

I know when you are up for something and it doesnt arrive on time it can p**s you off. The amount of time Im waiting for the postman for a delivery in anticipation..... I almost time it from the moment I have ordered to the point where I expect it to arrive according to sellers delivery times promise.

Hope you get your stuff soon.

i dont mind waiting for things as long as i know whats going on.

its just annoying that people have ordered after i have, recieved there goods and i havent recieved a reply to any of my queries.

the money left my account quick enough, a reply to my questions is only courteous in my eyes.

i understand im ranting abit but i want to play with my new toys.

I know what you mean, I like sellers who keep you informed as to whats going on with your order even email you when order has been dispatched.

Maybe like someone pointed out maybe your goods are out of stock and the other peoples were in stock.

I agree that its courteous to answer emails looks more professional service.
