Default Just a point for Admin

Odia started a very controversial post about jtags4all.
This has been closed etc by admin so I do not want to start it again only to say that Odia actually said to the guy that he was going to report him to Moto, tnciso etc for supplying their hacked software which jtags says they didn't, but maybe this should be a warning for admin what Odia may do to others and to the detriment of these and other forums.
Admin please delete this thread if you think it is out of order or close it and leave it where it is for people to have a least a warning.
Thanks

Thanks for the warning on Odia - personally I don't think any of his complaints are of concern to TW.

I removed his thread because basically his claims against the other member could cause a potential libel action against TW, which I have absolutely no intention of being exposed to. If anyone wants to libel anyone else, they are welcome to do it on their own site and head.

Additionally whatever happens on other forums, stays on other forums, and I have no patience for anyone trying to start an intercommunity war. Anyone has issues from other forums, it stays there. Anyone has a complaint about something at another forum - it stays there. Anyone who joins TW just to bitch about what happened on other forums will soon find themselves removed.

So far no one has been banned, but hopefully I've made my position clear.

In terms of other liabilities - we can only keep this forum clean and legal where anything otherwise is brought to our attention. Posts are not moderated, but TW has a staff team to remove inappropriate content which is brought to our attention.

Hope that helps.

Just a quick heads up - if I see any more trouble on this issue I'm just going to by pass the infractions system and issue blanket bans. This is my final warning.
