eurovox ex1000 sl need help setting up

just got the new eurovox and dont have a clue what to do cant find a help thread explaining what everything means i've search for chennels twice with fast install looks as if its finding channels then nothing comes up i think i ghave version 2.00 firmware cant find anywhere to download firmwhere or channel data? can any1 help me with a gide to getting this box on

p.s whats blue and red firmware and what kind do i download??

Hi im not sure were you have been looking but this has been covered many time's. just type in the search how to install EX1000sl. and please don't use the red and blue as they are for early boxes . if you goggle chatterbox toolbar and download and install it you will find all you need listed on there.
