Hello All,
I have a E900 Samsung PAYG phone on the o2 network. Yesterday i topped up with £10 and despite not using the phone, I noticed my balance was reducing by £0.01. 1 day later and my balance has reduced to £9.72. i called the customer service line and they basically did not have an answer. I have disabled my WAP connection in case it is something trying to connect my phone to the web but this does not change things. Has anybody else experienced this and is there a fix/solution? Thanks PS. The phone was locked to o2 and I remotely unlocked it to copy my T-Mobile sim details over although I am still using the o2 sim supplied with the phone which was bought new. |
