Receiving Bulgarian channels in FL - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hi all,
Can you please tell me if it's possible to receive Bulgarian TV stations in Florida - cable box perhaps? I have elderly visitors who are missing their favourite Bulgarian shows. And have in mind that I'm a technical dummy.

Only if the local cable service carries Bulgarian channels, or one of the American sat providers carries some of them - which I reckon in either case is extremely unlikley.

Tell the oldies they will appreciate their own telly stations all the more when they get back to Bulgaria (a beautiful country - I had a wonderful holiday on the Black Sea coast a few years ago

There's 1 chanell for sure broadcasted in the States and that's Chanell 1 Bulgaria sat or something like this.There's 5 hour delay on the broadcast for USA.

BNT Sat is on satellite on Telstar 12 @15 W,which has a American beam.
Can you not check the website of your cable provider,so find out,whether it is available on cable.
