Dont really know I only noticed it while trying to fix one recently its stuck in standby so cant really see what it does, I did press it though and the green light comes on briefly again as if Ive just rebooted or something, If the led was working I would know but till I manage to repair this wont know.

pmsl , i pressed it to when doing my first 2110 , it was as if it had a big red button saying "DONT PRESS" so i pressed it,lol. The box still worked after though thank god

the small button which is on the earlier 2110 is the reset button
