diablo channels not working

i have updated to the latest underworld, and my settings seem all correct, but i cant open most channels, eg i have never opened any polsat channels on 13E and most premiere channels dont open, and the ones that do open open after a long time waiting. and its the same with 1west channels. some eg canal plus 1 open, but then many like c+2 dont open and never have.

Underworld 134 is working fine for me, and most other users.

If you experience any problems, with a new file, there are a few things you can try:

1. Delete and re-scan the channels, using the information on lyngsat.
These channels could have changed frequency or PIDS since you originally scanned them in.

2. Format your Cam
Start up the Diablo software, click on the Cam Disk Functions tab and Format.
Once formatted re-load underworld 134, you will need to go into the configuration menu and adjust the settings afterwards.

3. Take the data bin file from underworld 134 and load it onto an earlier underworld file, 132 or 133.
Start up your Diablo software, click on the Cam File System tab, and connect.
You can see the data bin file in the right hand pane, you need to have underworld 134 already loaded on your cam before doing this.
Click on the data bin file and click the green arrow pointing left, this will copy it onto your desktop.
Now format your Cam, load underworld 132, or 133, whichever one worked the best for you, click on the Cam File System tab and connect.
Now highlight the data bin file, in the bottom left pane, the one you copied from underworld 134, and click the arrow pointing right.
Click yes to overwrite the old one and alter the configuration settings.
Now try the cam in your receiver.

ok thanks i will try. is there any initial stage of activation eg for premier channels? it seems only a few work, but they work after a long time or never work at all? for these packages, am i meant to go on a specific channel then wait till that loads and when it finally does for the first time, it will enable the other channels eg other premiere to load more easily?

Premiere is AU, so the keys Auto Update, you can try going into the configuration menu and turning the N2 AU OFF after the keys have updated.
You will notice audio problems, with the Diablo Cam and Premiere, once you have your receivers audio settings on German 2, the user/english audio, and the channel stops broadcasting a German 2 sound track the program will flash on and off every few seconds.
It should work fine when there is a German 2 soundtrack.
Also for the Champions League games, if the English side is at home, they switch the English Sound Track to the German 1 option.

ok thanks i will try that, also what about the other channels eg polsat, do i need t oopen one of them first then the others will open or can i go to any channel in the package and it doesnt make a difference?

regarding the premiere audio, i checked the VPID and APID compared to lyngsat and its the same as the reciever, but there is no audio on the 'premiere sport' channel (i think this is prem sport portal). even when i choose dolby digital, german 1 or 2 it doesnt have any sound for the channel??

Try altering the sound options without the Diablo Cam inserted, as the Cam causes problems when changing the audio.
If that fails try changing the audio option, selecting a different channel then returning to the channel.
The keys should AU on any channel in the package, but if they don't seem to be select a different channel.
Once the keys have updated all the channels should open a lot quicker.

ok i will try this. which packages are on AU? just so i switch it off when these channels' keys update. is it just polsat and premiere?

The three Nagra 2 providers, premiere, Polsat and Digi TV are currently AU.

thanks, right a few problems....

on 1west, is there supposed to be a channel called diema 2 as iv seen this on some sites but not on my reciever?is this correct?

also, iv scanned some channels which are on the intelsat 1west satellite when on the thor satellite, such as Eurosport 2 HU/RO, and Galaxie sport, and these have been found on the channel list but for some reason they don't open. im not sure why? is it because i should search for them on the intelsat 1west rather than the thor satellite?

also canal sport extra on thor 1west isnt opening.

i also scanned all of polsat from lyngsat website you posted but none of these channels open, iv tried 10-15 mins and switching the box off and on but nothing its on AU as well, as i said these channels have never opened for me.

any ideas?

I have just checked and Polsat is still Auto Updating with underworld 134.
Try using Boomerang, 12284 H 27500 or Turner Classic 10955 V 27500.
If you don't see the smartcard message, Keys are Expired, then you need to remove and re-insert your Cam.
If they still will not open either delete and re-scan the channels or you might have to format your cam and re-load underworld 134.

Canal Sport Ex is also opening, 11264 H 24500.

If you are having problems with particular channels, delete them and re-scan them in, then check their PIDS are correct on lyngsat.
