Hi Ciwan are u using a usb connection to connect to your unlooper or sraight connection to coms port. reason being I had the same problem awhen using my laptop and connecting unlooper with usb connection. When I tried on my desktop pc and straight coms connection no usb it did it within a few minutes.

no it is not a USB connection, it is a COM Port connection (PC)

error 475 is a looped card mate

what does it mean when a card is said to be " looped " ??

looped= locked needs unlocking mate , unlooped is unlocked card ready to be read.

ohh yeah I know it is locked ! but isn't Winexplorer suppose to Unlock it !
