Good Morning

I downloaded software for my dad onto the Starview box April this year. The software is
"http://www.zen29306.zen.co.uk/STARVIEW_H20070607_400eE_api.bin".

He has told me that he has lost all the channels now after initially losing Sky Sports 1. Is it as simple as just downloading the latest spftware again?

That version does not AU anymore. If you have a genuine box use CryptStar-v14-Core400.

I have the cryptstar already from April. Is the Cryptstar he only update?
