Default Nearly there?

This is how far im getting at the moment using haxoware. Its waiting on security, receive config and register connection. Could this be down to a setting i need to change or do i need to try an different mac address?

All the lights are coming on on my modem (motorola sb5101) and windows says im connected in network connections, but no web pages are loading.

Do i need to be using a static ip with haxoware? and when im trying to connect after entering my mac, should my tcp/ip settings in windows be set to obtain an ip address automatically or do i need to set them manually?

Please help seems like im so close now lol

After you updated the firmware on your modem did you put the network connection for your network device back to DYNAMIC IP? If you forgot, you won't get an IP back from the CC DNS and it won't work.

Also double check your frequency for your area, TFTP ip address for your CC in your area and that you entered the MAC correctly.

When you say set to dynamic ip is that done in haxoware or in windows? I have set to obtain an ip address automatically, frequency is set to the same as my subbed modem uses, tftp for swansea is set to 213.105.224.20 which i think is right? pretty sure macs entered ok. some pics;

Double check all settings.
Then try a different MAC address, also make sure force config is on for the modem.

After changing the mac, boot down modem and wait a few secs, then turn it on and wait 60 seconds for an IP to come back from the CC DNS...sometimes it can take upto a minute.
