If you download the proper manual from DMM rather than the cheap thing they issue with the box then I am right. It also includes things not in the issued manual.

for those who are facing problem of network set up
just go to local area connection where you set up ip for PC and down where it ask you to put Preferable DNS server put Primary DNS similar to the one you set in dreambox

That is not much good if you are using a router, you are better using the obtain IP address automatically and let it find all the IP addresses. A dynamic setting is better than a static one if you have a router in the mix.
