Missing channels on EX5000

Got an EX5000 last week and did a scan and have got most of the channels - but theyre are some channels missing. Is there a way I can add them manually?

The missing channels are:

Living
UK Gold
Bravo
Trouble
Challenge
Hallmark
Hallmark +1
UKTV History +1
UKTV Documentary +1
UKTV Style
Sky Premiere
Sky Premiere +1
Sky Modern
Sky Sports Extra
Disney Channel
Disney Channel +1
Playhouse Disney
Disney Challenge

i would try "erase all channels" and repower scan,,

to do this,,menu,config,clear data,press ok,enter pin,0000,erase all channels will be highlighted press ok,,re powerscan,,

if this dont work,,do a "factory default" out of the same menu and re powerscan,,

loading a cdf file for your area on to it will get you your channels,,

Having checked the thread, I'm still stuck as I dont jnow the frequency... So back to square one...
