Default How Big ?

I cycled past this house today, but the only camera I had was the feeble one in my mobile 'phone

Thought some of you would like to estimate the size of these dishes. The one laid flat has a long rod with a large diameter spiral around (almost visible by the porch) standing up in it.

Id say 1.8m or 2.4m - difficult to tell without anything to scale it against

The right hand one seems to have had its lnb support arms bent over? The one laid flat has an interesting cradle under it!

You need to go back and ask the householder some questions and take more pics!

I'll not be going past until my motorised transport is fixed (reason for today's journey), 30 miles round trip headwind all the way .

Both dishes had the same type of cradle.

If you Google Earth "sutton st james" (spalding/lincs) and move to 52º44'52.63"N 0º02'47.45"E you'll be right above the horizontal dish

I've just "measured" them with dishpointer "obstacle checker" line - at
Latitude: 52.7480°
Longitude: 0.0465°
And repeated with Google Earth ruler;
and have a believeable figure (what I guessed when I took the photo), I'll give it a while before I divulge though.
